Conor McGregor lashes out at "abysmal" Belal Muhammad amid disappointment over fight cancellation: "I'd cave his skull heavy"
Earlier today, Conor McGregor's frustration with his UFC 303 fight cancellation boiled over, causing him to rage at Belal Muhammad. McGregor who has been away from active competition for over three years at this point, pulled out of his originally scheduled June 29 fight against Micahel owing to a toe injury.
While the Irishman seems to have recovered since then, he has yet to lock in a date for his octagon return. 'The Notorious' has been voicing frustration on the constant delays plaguing his comeback for a while, and after a fight fan posted a clip of Muhammad getting knocked out, he went ballistic.
McGregor frowned at the fact that the welterweight champion does not hold even a single knockdown to his name. Responding to the clip on X, 'The Notorious' proclaimed that he'd make light work of Muhammad if they were to lock horns in the octagon:
"I'd love to crush my left hook into Belal's temple and take down the triple crown. I'd do it easily and fast. I'd cave his skull heavy! The hurdles I face getting back to the octagon are just harrowing. I'm so sad over my June 29th fight cancellation."
The former two-division champion then went on to call 'Remember the Name' the most unbankable fighter in the promotion's modern era:
"To think this bum is now a UFC champion with zero knockdowns on his resume whatsoever is so bad. The UFC's most abysmal zero-revenue-generating fighter in modern history."

In a funny skit posted on X, he welcomed the Irishaman's call-out, asking him to:
"Send location."

Muhammad's "send location" jibe is a call back to lightweight legend Khabib Nurmagomedov's iconic line to McGregor during the peak of their rivalry.
Despite the call out, 'Remember the Name' has no immediate plans to fight the Dubliner. He is scheduled to defend the welterweight title against the No.3-ranked contender Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310 in December.
