Conor McGregor targets Dustin Poirier and wife Jolie after resurfaced video catches Irishman's attention: "Bent her over and ear fu*ked her"
Conor McGregor appeared set to return to the octagon against Michael Chandler in the main event of UFC 303 this weekend. However, 'The Notorious' suffered a broken toe in training and was forced to withdraw from what would have been his first bout in nearly three years.
The former double champ, who last competed when he broke his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021, took to X on Tuesday to take shots at his previous opponent and his wife, Jolie Poirier in a series of now-deleted posts.
McGregor responded to a three-year-old post of 'The Diamond' discussing a street fight on a Mardi Gras after someone attempted to talk to his wife, stating:
"😂😂"
He followed that up by sharing an image of himself finishing Poirier at UFC 178 in 2014, writing:
""So me and my wife Jolie were at mardi gra this one time and a guy came over and bent her over the fence like this and was whispiring in her ear and I just saw red" 😂
McGregor reshared the photo, adding:
"Bent her over and ear f**ked her"
A fan then responded that the No.4-ranked lightweight bent 'The Notorious' over and ended his career, prompting him to claim:
"He was seein red bro. Sexy red hahahaja"
When asked by a fan why he deletes his social media posts often, McGregor responded with one of his most famous quotes:
"The double champ does wtf he wants"

Dustin Poirier targeted Conor McGregor in a recent Father's Day post
Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor have shared the octagon three times, including the Irishman's last two trips to the octagon. 'The Diamond' was also the last fighter to face Michael Chandler, defeating him via third-round submission at UFC 281 in November 2022.
Poirier took to his Instagram story with a Father's Day post just days after the cancellation of the bout between 'The Notorious' and 'Iron'. Championship Rounds shared the image, tweeting:
"Dustin Poirier via. his Instagram story #UFC #MMA"

While it has been three years since Poirier and McGregor last clashed, the two have continued to take shots at one another. 'The Notorious' won their first meeting via first-round TKO at UFC 178 in 2014, but 'The Diamond' got his revenge via second-round TKO at UFC 257 in January 2021. Six months later, he won the trilogy bout at UFC 264 via first-round TKO.
