Khabib Nurmagomedov has found himself in deep trouble as the reports suggest that the UFC Hall of Famer faces legal action for $900,000 recovery. This implies that Nurmagomedov can lose both his collection of cars and his house in Dagestan.
As per reports, 'The Eagle' owns Ferrari California T, Mercedes-Benz AMG GT S, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Toyota Land Cruiser, and a Toyota Tacoma, which has a combined value of over $800,000.
Nurmagomedov has recently been the target of several accusations of financial misconduct. According to a report by the Russian publication Mash, Nurmagomedov owed the Russian Federal Tax Service (FTS) between $3.3 and $3.4 million in unpaid taxes, which amounted to about 306 million rubles. It was speculated that the government had found irregularities in the records of the former mixed martial arts fighter's business enterprises.
Nurmagomedov's charitable organization, his Eagle FC MMA promotion and other businesses were under scrutiny. The Dagestani fighter allegedly used unpaid taxes to invest in start-ups and hotels in Turkey and the UAE. According to reports, the former UFC lightweight champion's bank accounts connected to his business were frozen by Russian authorities.
According to RT, Nurmagomedov has accumulated a debt with the Russian government. His outstanding balance was more than 79 million rubles (approximately $1 million).
The court consequently mandated enforcement actions against the 35-year-old totaling almost $900,000. This implies that Nurmagomedov's assets, which total about $900,000 and will be searched for and seized by Russian law authorities and eventually be sold.
