Dana White announces explosive fight card for UFC 310 featuring Belal Muhammad vs. Shavkat Rakhmonov, the return of Nick Diaz, and much more

UFC CEO Dana White has officially unveiled the highly anticipated fight card for UFC 310, set to take place on Dec. 7 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The pay-per-view event will feature two championship bouts, headlined by Belal Muhammad defending his welterweight title against the undefeated Shavkat Rakhmonov.

Muhammad captured the welterweight title in July after defeating Leon Edwards in a decisive rematch at UFC 304. Currently, on an 11-fight unbeaten streak, Muhammad faces a formidable opponent in Rakhmonov, who has yet to lose in the octagon and boasts a perfect finishing rate.

The co-main event will see former RIZIN champion Kai Asakura make his UFC debut in a flyweight title fight against reigning champion Alexandre Pantoja. Asakura made his name in Japan through Road FC and RIZIN, where he amassed a 21-4 record, including notable finishes over Kyoji Horiguchi and Juan Archuleta.

Dropping down to flyweight for this fight, Asakura will look to dethrone Pantoja, who is riding a six-fight win streak and aims for his third successful title defense.

Other notable fights include Movsar Evloev vs. Aljamain Sterling and Dominick Reyes vs. Anthony Smith.
