Dana White gives hilarious reaction to Jake Gyllenhaal's ripped physique, talks being in the weigh-ins shot

UFC 285 fight week played host to the upcoming movie Road House's set, with lead actor Jake Gyllenhaal filming a scene with Dana White. Conor McGregor introduced Gyllenhaal to UFC fans as they filmed a weigh-in scene which also featured Jon Anik playing himself.

The UFC president spoke about the filming sequence with the Academy Award nominee and his incredible physical transformation in the post-fight press conference.

White praised Gyllenhaal and also reacted to a reference to Paulo Costa's infamous 'secret juice':

“Listen, what can I say? He looks good. I don’t think he’s been USADA tested but he looks great. [Maybe he’s using too much of Paulo Costa’s secret juice] Possibly. [laughs].”

He also described his acting experience and detailed the process behind enabling the filming due to strong ties between producer Joel Silver and Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel.

“It went pretty smooth considering I don’t really like doing stuff like that. So, it went pretty smooth. If I can f*****g do that, I don’t know what I can do. That’s about as much acting as I wanna do, ever. [On the process] Well, Joel Silver is the producer on this thing and he has a great relationship with us and obviously, with Ari Emanuel and you know, Conor [McGregor] is one of the big characters in the movie so we made it pretty easy for ‘em.”

Dana White shuts down the possibility of a Jon Jones vs. Francis Ngannou fight

Former heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou has spared no opportunity to stake his claim as the undisputed champion despite exiting the promotion a few months ago.

UFC president Dana White gave his final word on the possibility of a matchup between 'The Predator' and Jon Jones in the post-fight press conference. White ruled out any possibility of the fight happening on the grounds of Ngannou's disinterest in the matchup. He said:

"They want to see Francis do what? I tried to- I tried to make that fight. Done [for]. Never. Not gonna happen. We tried to make that fight with him for three years. You gotta want that fight. Listen, we all want to see a fight. Guy’s gotta want the fight, Francis doesn’t want the fight. Can’t make him fight. And I doubt it would have gone any different.”
