Dana White hints that he illegally streamed BKFC fight featuring MacLife reporter Oscar Willis: “I won’t tell you how I watched it"

Dana White has been extremely vocal about his desire to rid combat sports, particularly MMA, of all illegal streamers globally. The UFC CEO has discussed his plans to catch people illegally streaming on several occasions, but it seems the shoe may finally be on the other foot for White.

A well-known MMA reporter who leads the team at TheMacLife, Oscar Willis, recently partook in a bare-knuckle boxing match against a prominent social media personality in combat sports, Ben Davis.

The pair faced off at the recently held Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) event in Spain, with Willis securing a first-round TKO win in front of his boss and founder of TheMacLife, Conor McGregor.

McGregor is currently a co-owner of the BKFC and has attended several of the promotion's events over the past two months.

Following the most recent edition of Dana White's Contender Series (DWCS), the UFC CEO appeared in front of the media. Given that White had stated he would watch the bout between Willis and Davis, he was asked about the fight and said:

"Yes, I did see it. After I talked to you guys that day [about wanting to watch the fight], I moved my schedule around that morning so that I could watch it. And then they moved the fight, so it screwed my whole thing up. I won't tell you how I watched it, but I watched it."

Dana White shares first thoughts on Conor McGregor vs. Dan Hooker

Dan Hooker was part of Oscar Willis' corner team for his BKFC debut against Ben Davis.

Following Willis' victory, Hooker joined him in the ring, where Conor McGregor was also stood. The pair then began talking and, according to the Kiwi, agreed to fight one another.

McGregor's expected clash with Michael Chandler was canceled after numerous delays, as 'Iron' will now fight Charles Oliveira at UFC 309.

With rumors of a bout with Hooker circulating, Dana White was asked for his thoughts on the matchup following this week's edition of the DWCS. He said:

"Yeah, obviously that would be a great fight. I like that fight. I did not announce the fight... No [I haven't spoken to either of them]." [13:05-13:28]
