Daniel Cormier mocks Chael Sonnen for his hacked account and wild Tweets about Jon Jones and Dana White: "Two-step security"
Chael Sonnen recently had his X account hacked, posting tweets targeting former opponent Jon Jones and UFC CEO Dana White, among others. Daniel Cormier mocked his co-host for the incident during the latest episode of Good Guy / Bad Guy.
Speaking on their ESPN show, the UFC Hall of Famer stated:
"So, we get these notifications, I think it's called two step security, Chael, have you ever heard of it?... So last week, you get hacked, I actually reach out to ESPN and ask, 'what is happening?' Because you're such a bad guy, I thought you might've gone off the rails, but Chael, how crazy was it seeing all that coming from your Twitter account? I was like, 'oh my God, my boy has lost his mind, our sweet show is doing so well, people are watching, they were tapping into what we were doing and now it's all over'"
Sonnen responded by sharing his account of being hacked, stating:
"There's a sleep aid called Ambien and it will do its job... I went to take a nap. My wife takes the kids to gymnastics. She sees the tweets. Daniel, she thinks it's me. She thinks that I had taken an Ambien and I didn't go to sleep. She gets the kids and she rushes home to say what are you doing... It's a little hard to backtrack when your own people think that it's you."

Sonnen added that the hacker brilliantly deleted some of the tweets posted, further making it look like the three-time title challenger sent out the posts. He noted that hackers generally do not feel bad about what they post.
Chael Sonnen reveals surprising choice for Fight of the Year
Chael Sonnen and Daniel Cormier gave out their Mid-Year Awards during the latest episode of Good Guy / Bad Guy. 'The American Gangster' revealed that Conor McGregor earned his nod for Fight of the Year, stating:
"I had to give Fight of the Year to Conor McGregor versus reality. That has been one of the ones that I have been most impressed watching. Here we are, armed with the fact that Conor McGregor missed the Michael Chandler fight allegedly because of a discolored pinky toe that may or may not belong to him. He took a picture of the toe, he had a caption, but he did not include himself in the caption."

McGregor had been set to face Michael Chandler in the main event of UFC 303 last month. After withdrawing from the bout, it is unclear when he will end his three-year hiatus and make his return to the octagon.
