She said:

"Getting beat up, so best of both worlds. I've just been busy with life and everything, but she's competing the whole time so I'm just kind of studying her, just working on what I'm good at."

Kelly added:

"This is gonna be a pretty competitive matchup, I know she's competing in the ADCC in the next two weeks so my goal is to try to break her so she's not going to be able to compete. I want to prove myself always."

Kelly has been in fine form since she made her ONE Championship debut at ONE X.

After settling for a draw against Japanese women's MMA pioneer Mei Yamaguchi, Kelly racked up three straight wins against some of the toughest female submission grapplers on the planet.

Kelly scored impressive wins over Sambo world champion Mariia Molchanova, former ONE women's strawweight world title contender Ayaka Miura, and IBJJF world champion Jessa Khan.

It was her unanimous decision over Khan at ONE Fight Night 14 that earned Kelly the inaugural ONE atomweight submission grappling world championship.

ONE Fight Night 24 is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
