Darren Till shreds TikToker over calling Anthony Joshua a "sh*t boxer": "These types of people really need a good hiding"
Darren Till recently came to the defense of Anthony Joshua after a TikToker had some harsh words for the British boxer. The TikToker in question uploaded a video in which he declared that Joshua was never a good boxer, running down his list of accomplishments.
Despite his success as a former heavyweight world champion boxer and Olympic gold medalist, the aforementioned TikToker went as far as claiming that Joshua was never a good boxer to begin with. He said:
"Let's get a few things straight about Anthony Joshua. He's 6 foot 7 [inches], he's a good-looking guy, he's ripped but as a boxer, he's always been a sh*t boxer."
In response, Till penned a lengthy tweet in which he lambasted the social media poster. 'The Gorilla' wrote:
"Anthony Joshua has just been called a bum by this ugly skinned nobody. I haven't been big on TikTok ever but lately as I'm on it keep coming across these types of TikTokers saying this type of nonsense and I just have to call it out. How the f**k does a little maggot of a thing have audacity to say this about a former champion like Anthony Joshua. These types of people really need a good hiding but it just shows that there fathers them I truly believe that. No slaps across the face when they were younger giving cheek. You can tell they all got away with murder."
Anthony Joshua's championship prospects are in serious jeopardy
The British star recently took on Daniel Dubois for the IBF heavyweight title, but came up short in a lopsided knockout loss. While he is determined to face his fellow Englishman in a rematch, another loss could very well put an end to his title aspirations once and for all.
Check out Joshua's loss to Dubois:
This is especially true given his back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk, who holds every other world title in the heavyweight division. If 'AJ' were to lose to Dubois again, it will be difficult to justify another bout with either man.
