David Goggins challenges Sean Strickland to spar and train together, further escalating their feud: "Too much talk and no action"
Sean Strickland has caught David Goggins' attention with his many recent jibes at the former US Navy SEAL.
Earlier this year, 'Tarzan' had talked down on the elite special forces group in an Instagram rant, claiming not one person from the force could survive a week of his training.
More recently, Strickland beat up a former Navy SEAL in sparring, after which he once again downplayed the fighting prowess of the force, in addition to mocking Goggins.
This led Goggins to challenge Strickland to attempt an arduous workout designed by him.
In a recent video message on Instagram, the former UFC middleweight champion accepted the challenge, claiming that running was the only thing the ultra-marathoner had any hope of beating him at.

By the looks of it, Goggins has had enough with 'Tarzan' and now wants him to walk the walk. In a recent post on Instagram, the 49-year-old urged Strickland to settle their differences once and for all:
"Three days of training with me and I'll be more than happy to put the gloves on and spar with you... This is my last attempt to put an end to clickbaiting all of the bs. There is just too much talk and no action."

Sean Strickland lauds Navy SEAL after sparring session
Sean Strickland recently outclassed former Navy SEAL Mitch Aguiar in a sparring session. However, Aguiar seemed to have earned the UFC middleweight's respect with his performance.
In an Instagram post following the sparring bout, 'Tarzan' lauded Aguiar, writing:
"Challenge accepted and I think I technically lost... lol!! Mitch Aguiar would've 100 percent [died] in the ring lol!!!! Please give him a follow as he is one of the real ones. A patriot and an advocate for veterans."

Aguiar is not too green to MMA and holds a pro record of 2-1. He was most recently seen in a TKO win against Mumia Abu Dey-Ali at SFL 42 in 2020. 'The Smashing Frog' also holds an enviable amateur MMA record of 11-1.
