Demetrious Johnson stars in a hilarious ‘built different’ video of him soaking in an ice bath

Demetrious Johnson recently featured in a funny video showing how he’s "built different."

‘Mighty Mouse’ has established himself as one of the pound-for-pound best fighters on the planet. Although his fighting skills are the primary reason for his success, Johnson has other traits that separate him from the rest.

ONE Championship posted an Instagram video showing the flyweight MMA world champion hilariously eating ice before jumping into a cold bath, with the caption saying:

“Demetrious Johnson keeps it cool 🥶 “Mighty Mouse” defends the ONE Flyweight World Title against Adriano Moraes in a rubber match for the ages on May 5 at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video! 🏆 @mighty”

Johnson last fought in August 2022, avenging his loss against Adriano Moraes with a fourth-round knockout. They will both get a chance to end the series by winning the rubber match at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video, which is the promotion’s first live event in North America.

ONE Fight Night 10 can be seen live and for free by North American Prime Video subscribers.

Demetrious Johnson reveals one accomplishment keeping him from being the MMA GOAT

Demetrious Johnson is one of the candidates for the greatest fighter of all time. Although Jon Jones and Georges St-Pierre are often given the nod, Johnson’s accomplishments in the UFC and ONE Championship put him in the conversation.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, ‘Mighty Mouse’ had this to say about why he doesn’t consider himself the MMA GOAT:

"Like you said [the MMA GOAT] is an impossible question, and I've done amazing things as well. The one thing I would say that separates me from those guys, or what separates those guys from me, is those guys have gone up and competed and won world championships in a different weight class. I haven't yet. Henry Cejudo has done it, Jon's done it... That's one thing I haven't done."

Johnson made his ONE debut in March 2019, defeating Yuya Wakamatsu by second-round submission.

Since then, the American flyweight won the Flyweight Grand Prix, the flyweight world championship, and a legendary mixed-rules bout against Rodtang Jitmuangnon. ‘Mighty Mouse’ looks to continue building his legacy by winning the trilogy fight against Adriano Moraes.
