Dillon Danis gets into bizarre online war with MMA Guru over latter's "fake and gay" slander of BJJ: "I’ll having you screaming for your life"
Dillon Danis has found himself embroiled in a bizarre online feud with UFC content creator 'The MMA Guru' after the latter made a controversial remark about the effectiveness of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). MMA Guru labelled BJJ as "fake and gay" in a tweet criticizing Kron Gracie's performance at UFC 310.
Gracie's attempt to jump guard, an outdated technique that has faded with the evolution of MMA, proved ineffective against Mitchell, yielding little to no advantage in their fight. MMA Guru took to X to react to Gracie's loss and wrote:
"Bryce Mitchell puts that name merchant Kron Gracie to sleep in round 3 after two rounds of Kron trying to embarrass the sport live on a UFC PPV main card. No ability on the feet & despite Rogan's attempts to make it seem so, no threat on the ground. BJJ is fake and gay #UFC310"
Danis, never one to shy away from controversy, fired back aggressively. He challenged The MMA Guru to a live sparring session, promising to have him "screaming for life" while taunting with the threat of 'teabagging' him. He replied:
"Let’s spar live and I’ll have you screaming for your life while I teabag you."
MMA Guru went on to insult the martial art form by claiming that Danis' success in BJJ proved it was only effective against those who lacked knowledge of it:
"The fact that YOU succeeded in BJJ is nothing but more proof that it's a made up martial art for unathletic gay nerd victims of life that can only implement it on people that don't have any knowledge of it. I'd Boston Crab you in 3 minutes bring it."
