Dillon Danis shares five-word reaction to Donald Trump being found guilty on all counts in hush-money case

MMA personality Dillon Danis is an interesting figure in the sporting world as his influence reaches far beyond competitive sports. The polarizing personality can generate massive traction by simply voicing his opinions on a myriad of things - from trivial debates to more significant issues.

In a recent tweet, the BJJ blackbelt gave his thoughts on the conviction of former US president Donald Trump, which was just made official as of this writing.

In a live report by The New York Times, the 45th president of the United States was convicted of "34 felony counts of falsifying business records in a case stemming from a payment that silenced a porn star." You can read the full report here.

Danis promptly provided his two cents, saying:

"He just won the election."

Simple words, but they hold water. One can make the argument that, once an influential personality faces adversity, his following grows stronger. Placing Trump against the ropes can make him look even more like a hero to his constituents. Danis' assessment of Trump's popularity in light of this might, in spirit, be true. We just need to wait and find out what happens next.

Dillon Danis once tweeted that Donald Trump's UFC walkout being "one of the best in history"

It seems Dillon Danis is a proud supporter of Donald Trump, who is a huge MMA fan and close friend of UFC president Dana White. We almost always see the former president attend major UFC events, even doing his walkout to the arena complete with a theme song.

Here's a video report on Trump walking out with Dana White to the tune of Kid Rock's "American Badass" at UFC 299 last March (via Sky News Australia):

Taking to X, Danis was in awe of the walkout and entrance music and said:

"Donald Trump's UFC walkout is one of the best in history."

The former president has had quite the following in the MMA community, aside from his tight relationship with Dana White. Fighters like Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal have publicly expressed support for the business-mogul-turned-politician.
