"Disney has finally bent the knee" - Sean Strickland passes verdict on rumored 'Hercules' movie having no "social justice" agenda
UFC fighter Sean Strickland has surprisingly become a voice of approval for Disney's rumored live-action Hercules remake. While details remain scarce, the project has garnered attention, with a viral social media post promoting a fake cast and release date.
Despite the misinformation, Disney is confirmed to be developing a live-action Hercules, with Shang-Chi writer Dave Callaham writing the script and Avengers: Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo producing. Guy Ritchie, director of the live-action Aladdin remake, signed on in 2022.
However, progress seems slow. The Russo Brothers recently admitted they're still waiting on a script, and director Guy Ritchie is occupied with another project until early 2025. This delay suggests a release date in mid-2027 or even 2028.
Meanwhile, UFC fighter Sean Strickland offered his take on the project. Taking to his social media handle, 'Tarzan' wrote:
"Disney is making a live action Hercules and I think we have won. No one is gender swapped, no one is race swapped. No hidden gay social justice characters I think Disney has finally bent the knee. Still has time for it to get infected by the left. Time will tell."

Sean Strickland lashes out at Khamzat Chimaev after sparring comments
Sean Strickland did not hold back when responding to undefeated Chechen prospect Khamzat Chimaev's claims of dominance during their sparring sessions.
Chimaev alleged to Red Corner MMA that he "choked" and "beat up" Strickland, with many witnesses present. Strickland took to social media, firing back with accusations of his own.
Strickland wrote:
"I'm glad he found time to speak this BS. I thought he was too busy running from crypto scams and hiding from war lords."
Check out Sean Strickland's response below:
Chimaev has faced criticism for his involvement in a cryptocurrency scheme that saw its token value plummet 96% within a day. Additionally, his association with Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, accused of human rights abuses, has drawn scrutiny.
While meeting with government officials isn't unusual, Chimaev's relationship with Kadyrov appears more extensive.
