Donald Trump and The Undertaker discuss leadership and management in TKO after UFC-WWE union
Donald Trump and The Undertaker recently discussed the leadership and management in TKO following the UFC-WWE merger and how it has affected their respective businesses. Endeavor, which owns the UFC, added to its portfolio last year by acquiring a majority stake in the pro wrestling juggernaut.
The merger was highly publicized as the two entities formed a new sports and entertainment entity under the Endeavor umbrella. WWE has since reaped the rewards as it secured a massive $5 billion media rights deal with Netflix that will see its flagship show, 'RAW', move to the streaming giant this coming January.
The former U.S. President is no stranger to both companies as he has attended several UFC events and was famously involved in the 'Battle of the Billionaires' program with Vince McMahon at WrestleMania 23.
During his appearance on Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway, Trump asked the WWE legend about the leadership structure now that both companies are merged. The Undertaker highlighted the similarities and mentioned that the leadership remained the same:
"The business itself is in a really, really good spot, and we just had the merger with UFC and TKO...They're separate companies...Ari Emanuel...he's the big dog and Dana [White] runs the UFC side and then Nick Khan, he runs the WWE side." [14:42 - 15:17]

The Undertaker describes grueling pro wrestling scheduled to Donald Trump
In addition to discussing the UFC-WWE merger, Donald Trump was interested to learn about the schedule and what the in-ring environment is like for wrestlers.
During the aforementioned episode, The Undertaker described the schedule and misconception about what pro wrestlers do. He mentioned that although their entertainment is pre-determined, it is very dangerous and performers need to be on high alert:
"What most people don't realize, Mr. President, is that although we're entertainment, but any given match, you're two inches away from something really catastrophic happening...and then when you figure the amount of dates per year that you work, that really goes up exponentially the risk factor."
