Ex-UFC fighter tells Paige VanZant to take down video of kicking a heavy bag
Former UFC fighter Paige VanZant has found herself in hot water after posting a video of herself kicking a heavy bag on Instagram. While the video itself was unremarkable, it was VanZant's attire that grabbed more of the attention.
The former UFC strawweight was wearing a short skirt that revealed her underwear during the kick, which caught the attention of former UFC competitor Jason Miller. He left a comment urging VanZant to remove the video.
Miller wrote:
“Excuse me dear, you might want to take this down, you accidentally showed your panties.”

Britain Hart roots for former rival Paige VanZant
Britain Hart, the reigning BKFC strawweight champion, has expressed her support for former rival Paige VanZant, who has found success outside the bare-knuckle boxing promotion.
The two fighters faced off in a highly anticipated matchup in 2021, with Hart emerging victorious. While the rivalry once generated buzz, Hart has since developed a newfound respect for VanZant's career trajectory.
VanZant, who initially signed a lucrative deal with BKFC after leaving the UFC, has ventured into various endeavors, including online modeling, influencer boxing, and most recently, Dana White's Power Slap.
Despite facing criticism and online negativity, Hart has defended VanZant, acknowledging the challenges she has faced.
Speaking to MMA Fighting, the champ said:
“I’m not even going to lie — I watched that sh*t. It was so fun. It just says haters are fans too. But seriously, I like Paige. I’ve actually been, to be quite honest with you, not that I pity her, because I know that’s the last thing she wants, but she’s somebody that I keep an eye on and she’s not quitting."
She further added:
"But people are really f*cking mean to her. People are mean and put it on her. Paige really isn’t mean to anybody. I don’t see her putting people down. I really want to see her do good in life, I really do.”
