Exclusive: Jiri Prochazka gets brutally honest about Jamahal Hill's intense online trash talk: "That guy needs to speak a lot"

Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill's rivalry is intensifying, and trash talk is heating up on social media. The two former champions have been exchanging barbs over who suffered a worse loss to light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira.

Both were knocked out by Pereira, with Prochazka losing to the Brazilian twice and Hill once.

Hill has made it clear he doesn’t view Prochazka as a serious threat, predicting an early finish in their rumored showdown in January. Responding to 'Sweet Dreams' comment in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, the Czech fighter said:

“For me it’s not distracting. I just see that that guy needs to speak a lot. And most of that he speaks is, I don’t want to say is nonsense. but in many things he’s right. But I can say that he’s not right, he’s not right on his point of view on my style. And this is what I want show and not just talk about that. I don’t like to talk a lot.”

Prochazka emphasized he prefers to let his actions in the cage speak louder than words, reinforcing that Hill's view of him is incorrect.

Jiri Prochazka predicts potential fight between Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev

In the aforementioned interview, Jiri Prochazka also shared his thoughts on a potential title fight between Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev. Prochazka, who has faced Pereira twice, expressed confidence in the Brazilian's ability to handle the challenge.

With Pereira's recent victory over Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307, Ankalaev is seen as the next logical contender for the light heavyweight title. The Russian fighter is coming off a unanimous decision win against Aleksandar Rakic at UFC 308 in October.

While many analysts point to Ankalaev's grappling as a key factor, Prochazka believes Pereira's fierce willpower will be the deciding factor:

"In this fight, I see Alex - he will handle this fight, for sure... To be honest, real hunger for a win, to end the fight, to win the fight by will... I know he will be motivated... Let's see who will win. Let's the better [man] win." [17:29]
