Exclusive: UFC's Diana Belbita shares disturbing details on Ruben Warr DMs: "This guy was actually saying he will rape me"
UFC strawweight contender Diana Belbita recently unmasked disturbing specifics from interactions with BKFC (Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship) star Ruben Warr. She recently joined Sportskeeda MMA to speak at length about the incident and Warr's horrific threats.
Belbita exposed screenshots of her partner Cameron VanCamp's conversation with Warr, where 'Bad Boy' seemingly breached boundaries with trash talk and resorted to assault threats. The screenshots of the conversation show Warr allegedly wielding racial slurs and menacing with egregious sexual assault on the UFC fighter.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Belbita expanded on the details stating:
"I woke up yesterday and he [Warr] and Cameron were going back and forth or something. Cameron woke up in the morning with messages from this guy saying 'What time's the sparring at your gym? I'm going to knock you out.' This is not my business. What bothers me is this guy was mentioning me as Cameron's girlfriend. Unfortunately, I don't think everybody understands how bad this is."
Belbita further claimed that at first, she didn't comprehend the gravity of the matter because of her limited command of the English language. She asked a friend about it and also highlighted a comment that Warr made on VanCamp's social media post that escalated the matter further. She added:
"To be honest I was in shock. This guy was actually saying that he will rape me... Him and his friends, they are going to pass me around. I don't know if people can see this as something wrong. I couldn't even tell my mom about the situation yesterday. I felt so disgusted."
Diana Belbita claims Ruben Warr contacted her after threatening with vile messages
Diana Belbita is grappling with sleep loss on account of the repugnant messages sent by BKFC fighter Ruben Warr directed toward her.
She claimed that simply couldn't talk to her mom about the situation considering that she might be distressed by it. Moreover, Belbita harbors concern regarding her safety when she encounters Warr in person. Speaking in the aforementioned interview with Sportskeeda MMA, she claimed that Warr contacted her after she made the comments public. She said:
"He was reaching out to me on private messages saying, 'I'm sorry that I said that about you. I don't know you.'... This guy was saying sorry and then threatening me that he would sue me because of those reviews. He said that he has a very good lawyer.
