“Fake champ has nowhere to run” - ‘Reug Reug’ ready to prove he’s not all talk in world title challenge against Anatoly Malykhin
Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane is ready to bring the fight to three-division MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin when they finally cross paths in less than two weeks.
Kane will challenge Malykhin for the ONE heavyweight MMA world title in the main event of the stacked ONE 169 card on Nov. 8 in US primetime at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.
Taking to Instagram, Kane ramped up his smack talk toward the three-belt world champion and told Malykhin of the impending danger in their Bangkok matchup.

Kane has been on a tear on social media heading into his fight against Malykhin, repeatedly calling the Russian knockout machine a "fake champion" every chance he gets.
While this kind of trash talk is commonplace in the sport, Kane is also riding an insane wave of confidence ahead of the biggest fight of his career.
Kane is on a four-fight winning streak, with his biggest win being a unanimous decision victory over 17-time BJJ world champion Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida at ONE Fight Night 13.
Malykhin, however, is a fighter at his own stratosphere.
'Sladkiy' is the first fighter in the history of the sport to simultaneously hold three world titles as he reigns as the ONE middleweight, light heavyweight, and heavyweight MMA world champion.
Malykhin is also 6-0 in ONE Championship, 14-0 overall, with all six of his wins in the promotion coming via knockout.
Kane's world title challenge against Malyhin, as well as the entire ONE 169 card, is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
'Reug Reug' says he only needs one shot to finish Anatoly Malykhin at ONE 169
Anatoly Malykhin is the personification of perfection during his insane run in ONE Championship, but Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane is confident he can shatter that perceived illusion in Bangkok.
In a previous interview with the South China Morning Post, Kane said he only needs one shot to beat Malykhin and become the new ONE heavyweight MMA world champion.
He said:
"Anywhere, you know, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, knockout. You know, I have big hand, you know. I touch you one time and it's finished. You see Malykhin's previous fights, everybody did not touch Malykhin, he runs away. But me, I'm coming for it."
