Fans unanimously agree after Conor McGregor calls UFC 4 "garbaiste"

It looks like former two-division champion Conor McGregor is not really enjoying the latest UFC video game. In a recent Tweet, 'The Notorious' opined that UFC 4 was not as appealing as the older games in the series.

The Tweet showcases an old picture of McGregor and YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI playing EA UFC 4.

The big bad boss of @Burberry. Damn those early ufc games where the best. The new one current is garbáiste. https://t.co/aDANT0AKj9

Fight fans took the opportunity to support the MMA superstar's claim while also sliding in their personal opinions about EA Sports UFC 4.

Twitter user @usachamp42069 supported the Irishman by saying:

"Common W from the MMA goat."

Another Twitter user with the handle @HAlfarzan opined that 2016's EA Sports UFC 2 was the best game in the MMA simulator franchise, while @JakeChatty claimed that the decade-old UFC Undisputed 3 was the best release.

A rather confident netizen, @marinemays, agreed with the Irishman but went a step further and offered to beat McGregor in the video game:

"I've been saying this for years!! Anytime you want to see how good your character is in the game just let me know. I sleep everyone!! Like Chael, I'm Undefeated & Undisputed. I don't even lose a round."

One fan suggested that UFC games published by the California-based company THQ were some of the best ever.

@kenanK_tv tweeted that the quality of the UFC games went downhill after UFC 2.

Twitter user Mike suggested that the majority of games by EA were garbage, while @dshrig claimed that UFC 4 was just an inferior version of UFC 3.

@TheNotoriousMMA @Burberry Bro a majority of EA games are garbage bro. We just fall for the same old tricks every time lol
@TheNotoriousMMA @Burberry UFC 1-3 were solid, each in their own right. Waited a long time to try UFC 4, immediately gave up on it. Just felt like a worse version of 3

Another fan stated that the game was not half bad, although the campaign was a bit repetitive.

@TheNotoriousMMA @Burberry Why u hating the new ufc game is good just the campaign gets repetitive after a while

Video: When Conor McGregor took on KSI in UFC 2

When EA UFC 2 dropped in 2016, UFC superstar Conor McGregor and YouTuber KSI got together and engaged in a virtual brawl in the game. To the surprise of many, the professional fighter triumphed over the Youtuber, winning three out of the five fights they engaged in.

For the first two fights, the Irishman used his own in-game avatar while the Britt fought as the former featherweight champion Jose Aldo. 'The Notorious' won both bouts.

Then the duo switched to the women's division, with KSI choosing Ronda Rousey while McGregor used Cat Zingano's avatar. This time the YouTuber won two bouts matching McGregor's score.

In the tie-breaker bout, the Irishman used Stephen Thompson, and the YouTube star used Tyron Woodley. Conor McGregor won the tie-breaker with a knockout.
