Featherweight MMA banger between Shamil Gasanov and Halil Amir added to ONE Fight Night 26
ONE Championship's final Amazon Prime Video event of 2024, ONE Fight Night 26, just added another intriguing matchup that could set off fireworks at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
On Dec. 6, live in US primetime, featherweight MMA contenders Shamil Gasanov and Halil Amir will duke it out to see who moves up the ladder of the promotion's talent-stacked 155-pound MMA ranks:

Dubbed 'The Cobra' for his venomous grappling acumen, Shamil Gasanov showcased just how deadly he can be with a first-round submission win over Kim Jae Woong in his promotional debut in 2022.
The Dagestani wrestler, though, saw his undefeated MMA record vanish after getting submitted by Garry Tonon last year. Gasanov bounced back nicely with back-to-back dominant decision wins over Oh Ho Taek and, most recently, Aaron Canarte.
Meanwhile, Halil Amir also finds himself in a similar predicament. 'No Mercy' made a lasting impression in the home of martial arts with three straight victories at lightweight.
However, the Turkish finisher tasted defeat for the first time in his career in his featherweight debut against Akbar Abdullaev last May.
Eager to redeem himself on the global stage, Amir will look to send a message at ONE Fight Night 26 and announce his presence in the 155-pound MMA division.
ONE Fight Night 26 is starting to shape up
Two world titles will be hanging in the balance at ONE Fight Night 26. Christian Lee will finally end his hiatus and return to defend his lightweight MMA crown against the undefeated Alibeg Rasulov.
Mayssa Bastos and Danielle Kelly will also run it back for the atomweight submission grappling world championship.
