Francis Ngannou shares brutally honest prediction for Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury title rematch: "He has collected a lot of data"
Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury are running it back this evening, and Francis Ngannou has already picked his favorite for the much-anticipated rematch.
Fury welcomed the former UFC heavyweight champion into pro boxing when the pair duked it out in Riyadh last year in a razor-close split decision win for 'The Gypsy King'.
Sure enough, 'The Predator' is backing his former foe to emerge triumphant Saturday evening against the Ukrainian. Talking to The Stomping Ground's Charlie Parsons in the lead-up to the event, Ngannou said:
"I think Tyson needs to press a little bit more and assert himself, hold his position, and take it back. He has collected a lot of data from last fight about Usyk that he might use this time for the win."

Fury had conceded a split decision loss in his first meeting with Usyk. Hence, the Englishman is a +120 underdog for the rematch, with the champion as a -138 favorite. Earlier this week, the pair had an intense 10-minute staredown during their final press conference, ending with 'The Gypsy King' hurling insults at his opponent.
Usyk vs. Fury 2 fight card will kick off later this evening at 2 PM ET at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the main event ring walks expected to take place around 6 PM ET.
Daniel Dubios gives four-word reaction to Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury 2
With his recent knockout win over former champion Anthony Joshua, Daniel Dubois has become one of the hottest topics in the world of boxing. However, 'Dynamite' still seems intent on getting one back against Oleksandr Usyk.
In a recent interview during The Ring Magazine relaunch gala, Dubois was seen sizing out both Usyk and Fury, and when 'Dynamite' was asked what he thought of the title rematch, the IBF world heavyweight champion said:
"I want the winner."
Check out Daniel Dubois' comments on Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury 2 below (3:14):
Dubois succumbed to a controversial KO loss to the Ukrainian in 2023. While he seems to be itching to get his hands on 'The Cat', he refuses to give a prediction for the Usyk vs. Fury 2 and merely claims that he hopes to see the best man win.
