FREE FULL FIGHT: Japanese striker Taiki Naito's gets into a kickboxing thriller against Sherzod Kabutov in Bangkok

Sherzod Kabutov was the seventh athlete in Taiki Naito's victim list in ONE Championship, as the Japanese slugger scored a unanimous decision victory over the Kyrgyz warrior in their catchweight kickboxing match in March 2024 at ONE Friday Fights 55.

The full fight replay of this exciting and competitive match was reposted by the promotion on their YouTube channel recently, and they wrote the video's description with:

It was a feel-out opening round for both fighters, as they both had their moments and connected several clean shots against each other. But when the second stanza began, the pressure was poured in by the 'Silent Sniper' because he marched forward against the 'Lion.'

This strategy paid off very well for Naito because he was able to land a beautiful high left kick to Kabutov's chin which dropped him down the canvas. With seemingly a win already secured, Naito comfortably cruised into the final round and attacked Kabutov from the outside with kicks to collect the victory.

Taiki Naito scheduled to face Elias Mahmoudi on August 2 at ONE Fight Night 24

Following that win over Kabutov, Naito dropped his next fight against Dedduanglek TDed99 by unanimous decision in April 2024 at ONE Fight Night 21. But the Japanese striking maestro has the opportunity to get back in the win column on August 2.

Naito is scheduled to meet Elias Mahmoudi in a flyweight kickboxing match at ONE Fight Night 24 on August 2, which will take place inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

ONE Fight Night 24 will air live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America on August 2 during U.S. primetime.
