FREE FULL FIGHT: Jonathan Haggerty mounts epic comeback in highlight-reel KO of Felipe Lobo to defend Muay Thai crown
In February 2024, Jonathan Haggerty engineered an epic comeback during his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title defense against Felipe Lobo in the main event of ONE Fight Night 19. The crowd at the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, was treated to an instant classic, and the full fight replay of this match between Haggerty and Lobo was recently posted by ONE Championship on their YouTube channel.

From opening bell, the two striking stars went at each other and traded powerful strikes in the middle of the ring. The highlight of the first round came when 'The Demolition Man' caught 'The General' with a combination that sat him down in the dying seconds.
The defending world champion returned the favor in the second frame and landed an atomic uppercut on Lobo to floor him and even the knockdowns in the match. With momentum on his side, Haggerty finished off the fight with a solid right straight in less than a minute in the third round to secure the victory.
Jonathan Haggerty says being in Denver early ahead of match with Superlek is an advantage
Fresh off his last world title defense, Jonathan. Haggerty is now ready for his megafight with ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 for the bantamweight Muay Thai throne on Sept. 6 at ONE 168: Denver, which will take place at the Ball Arena, home of the NBA's Denver Nuggets.
Haggerty, who also holds the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title, has been in Denver for a while, to acclimate himself to the altitude. He claimed that it will give him an advantage over Superlek during his recent talk with ONE Championship, stating:
"I mean, it's an advantage, but mainly, it's great for the mind, you know? Just to know that you are ready and one step ahead."
ONE 168: Denver will transpire at the Ball Arena at U.S. primetime on Sept. 6. Tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
