FREE FULL FIGHT: Jonathan Haggerty reaches rarified air, claims bantamweight kickboxing throne against Fabricio Andrade
Reigning and undisputed ONE bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world champion 'The General' Jonathan Haggerty of the United Kingdom was once called 'the future of Muay Thai' by none other than ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong.
After Haggerty dismantled the legendary Sam-A Gaiyanghadao at ONE: For Honor in May of 2019 to capture the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world title, 'The General' was on top of the world.
Unfortunately, he surrendered the belt to flyweight firecracker Rodtang 'The Iron Man' Jitmuangnon in his first world title defense.
Now a bantamweight, Haggerty is a man renewed, having taken the division's gold from another Thai legend in Nong-O Hama last year. 'The General' built on that by taking the bantamweight kickboxing gold in a fight against MMA champ Fabricio 'Wonder Boy' Andrade last November.
It was one of Haggerty's best performances in the world's largest martial arts organization.
ONE Championship recently posted the full fight on their official YouTube channel.
Check it out in the link below:
Needless to say, Haggerty is one of the best Muay Thai fighters in the world today, and he can't wait to showcase his talents once again when he enters the ONE Championship ring early next month.
