Kade Ruotolo on relationship with Mikey Musumeci ahead of showdown: "We're chill"
There is no bad blood brewing between Kade Ruotolo and Mikey Musumeci ahead of their cross-divisional superfight.
In fact, the two have remained cordial towards one another, as they aren't really known for their trash-talking capabilities. That being said, this match will come down to who is the more skilled grappler.
And Ruotolo has no qualms about taking on someone he has much respect for.
He told Cageside Press in a recent interview:
"We're chill. We've known each other over the years, you know. Just being in the same circuit, always seeing each other at competitions. We shared some of the same sponsors, stuff like that. So we're obviously not best friends or anything like that, but we're definitely still in."
