FREE FULL FIGHT: Superlek Kiatmoo9 gets chopping, stops 6-foot-4 phenom Nabil Anane in clinical KO win
Revisit ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9's dominant Muay Thai performance against Nabil Anane.
In June 2023, 'The Kicking Machine' returned to Muay Thai after a two-fight kickboxing run that led him to become the ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion. Superlek was matched up against Anane in the ONE Friday Fights 22 main event.
At the time, Anane was making his ONE Championship debut and bit off more than he could chew at flyweight. Superlek overpowered his 6-foot-4 opponent and secured a first-round knockout win, extending his promotional Muay Thai record to a then-7-0 slate.

Since defeating Nabil Anane, Superlek has secured three more Muay Thai wins against Tagir Khalilov, ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon, and Kongthoranee. The ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion also defended his throne in a blockbuster matchup against Japanese superstar Takeru Segawa.
Meanwhile, Anane moved up to bantamweight and found tremendous success. The Algerian-Thai is ranked number three in his new division after defeating Kulabdam (second-round knockout) and Felipe Lobo (unanimous decision).
Superlek returns with massive opportunity against Jonathan Haggerty at ONE 168: Denver
Superlek holds a Muay Thai record of 10-0 under the ONE Championship banner, including a win against fellow megastar Rodtang. With that said, the Thai superstar hasn't won a promotional world title in "The Art of Eight Limbs."
On September 6, 'The Kicking Machine' looks to solidify himself as a two-sport world champion in the ONE 168: Denver main event. To do so, Superlek must take out ONE bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing king Jonathan Haggerty, who is coming off wins against Nong-O Hama, Fabricio Andrade, and Felipe Lobo.
