FREE FULL FIGHT: Thai icon Superlek Kiatmoo9 defends his throne against Japanese megastar Takeru Segawa in Tokyo classic

ONE flyweight kickboxing king Superlek Kiatmoo9 welcomed former three-division K-1 champion Takeru Segawa in a rude fashion in ONE Championship, after beating him by unanimous decision during their world title clash at ONE 165 in January 2024.

The two striking maestros put on a show in front of the sold-out Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan, and the promotion posted the full fight replay of their match on YouTube with the description:

"Defending king Superlek and Japanese legend Takeru went all out in a five-round war for the ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title in the main event of ONE 165!"

'The Kicking Machine' turned into a game character and spammed 'The Natural Born Crusher' with multiple leg kicks throughout the match to inflict significant damage on his leg and compromise his movement and power.

However, Takeru did not go down without a fight because he had his best moment in the last minute of the third round where he stunned Superlek with his punches and went berserk with him. But the toughness of the defending world champion was on full display and he survived that onslaught to eventually cruise into the decision victory.

Superlek revealed his top five Muay Thai fighters in ONE Championship

In a recent Instagram post by the world's largest martial arts organization, they shared Superlek's list of the top five Muay Thai fighters on the roster, and interestingly enough, he left out his upcoming opponent, ONE bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world champion Jonathan Haggerty from it.

The Thai superstar identified ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai, ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon, ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon, Nong-O Hama, and Sinsamut Klinmee as his best five. This revelation has raised a few eyebrows from fans, saying that he should have included the two-sport world champion.

Superlek will be challenging Haggerty for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title on Sept. 6 in the main event of ONE 168: Denver that will emanate from the Ball Arena in Colorado.

ONE 168: Denver will take place inside the Ball Arena in U.S. primetime on Sept. 6. Tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
