Due to his fantastic four-fight win streak, Balart earned his rightful world title opportunity on August 2 in the main event of the ONE Fight Night 24 card, which emanates inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, for the ONE interim strawweight MMA world title.
If he gets the job done against 'The Monkey God', the American Top Team representative will have an automatic shot for a unification fight with reigning ONE strawweight MMA world champion Joshua Pacio once he returns from his ACL injury.
