Jarred Brooks says Gustavo Balart deserved this title shot

Brooks is aware that among other contenders, Balart has become one strong opponent who did the work and worthy to be a rightful contender for the interim belt.
'The Monkey God' said in an interview with Sportskeeda MMA:
"I know a little bit about Gustavo, too. I know about his backstory, and he deserves the interim world title shot. 100 percent he deserves to fight me. So super excited, I hope he's preparing hard."
