The last appearance of Jonathan Haggerty in the flyweight division before officially moving up to the bantamweight division happened in February 2022 at ONE: Bad Blood against Mongkolpetch Petchyindee.

'The General' showcased his full arsenal with crisp combinations of punches and kicks that backed off his Thai opponent multiple times during the fight. But the most damage that he inflicted was from his elbow strikes, which were enough to sway the judges in giving him the unanimous decision nod.

Jonathan Haggerty ramping up preparation for Superlek fight with brutal leg drill

Knowing how powerful Superlek Kiatmoo9's kicks will be during their ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title clash on Sept. 6 at ONE 168: Denver, Haggerty was recently seen having a brutal leg kick drill with famed coach Christian Knowles.

The 27-year-old athlete will be defending his Muay Thai crown against the ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion in front of the Ball Arena crowd in Colorado and avenge his 2018 loss from 'The Kicking Machine' at Yokkao.

ONE 168: Denver will transpire at the Ball Arena in U.S. primetime on Sept. 6. Tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
