"He can be the best" - Denis Puric believes Rodtang hasn't even reached the ceiling of his full potential
Denis Puric hasn't changed his opinions on Rodtang Jitmuangnon after facing him inside the Circle at ONE 167. In the build up to the fight, 'The Bosnian Menace' had some harsh but fair words to say about the Thai superstar.
Puric made it clear that this came from a place of respect and admiration for him, but he also felt like 'The Iron Man' wasn't achieving his full potential.
Following their incredible kickboxing war at ONE 167 inside the Impact Arena, the two men have developed a great friendship with one another.
Even with that being said, Puric still believes that the flyweight Muay Thai king could rise a few more levels if he finds the hunger to constantly train and take on the best possible contenders.
During an interview on the ONE on SK podcast, he said that his former foe could go down as the greatest if he really wants to:
"He already is [great]. But he can be better. He can be the best. If he does all that [preparation], he'll kill everybody."

Denis Puric knew what he was in for
Even with the criticism regarding Rodtang's recent motivation to train hard and fight the best, Denis Puric knew that it would be a tough night earlier this month.
'The Iron Man' may face criticism but he always backs it up inside the Circle, especially when the pressure is on him.
He was incredibly emotional after the fight due to the criticism he has faced during this difficult point in his career but as always, the best way to answer any questions is to get back to doing what you do best.
The Thai superstar was able to do that at ONE 167, and as Puric alluded to, he still might be scratching the surface of what he is truly capable of.
