"He didn't feel anything" - Nabil Anane lauds 'very tough' Soe Lin Oo after three-round barnburner in Lumpinee

Nabil Anane threw the kitchen sink at Burmese standout Soe Lin Oo in their bantamweight Muay Thai showdown inside the Lumpinee Stadium at ONE Friday Fights 81. As the match progressed, the Algerian-Thai upstart knew just why his dance partner is bestowed with the nickname 'Man of Steel.'

The 20-year-old fighting out of Team Mehdi Zatout chained vicious combinations throughout their nine-minute war. Elbows, knees, punches, and kicks slithered in with utmost precision. But the Lethwei stylist battled on and showed no signs of waving the white flag.

Unfortunately, Soe Lin Oo's steely display and iron chin weren't enough to propel him to an upsetting win over the in-form 20-year-old talent. His fine effort didn't go unnoticed, though.

Speaking on the Doe Woe Yar Lethwei Club member's display, Nabil Anane told the press in a post-fight interview:

"I didn't have much challenge, but my opponent was very, very, very tough. He was so strong. I have never fought any opponent like him before."

He added:

"Every knees I put on him, every punch, every elbow, he didn't feel anything. But I won by points. So he was very tough. Respect, Soe Lin Oo."
