YouTuber and Kick streamer Adin Ross recently found himself on the receiving end of some UFC-grade humor during a live stream with lightweight champion Islam Makhachev. Known for his entertaining interviews with MMA stars, Ross stepped out of his comfort zone and into the cage, only to become the subject of a viral moment.

During the session, Ross attempted to demonstrate a choke on Makhachev, but the champion cleverly turned the tables. Makhachev guided Ross into a “cross your legs” setup, leaving the YouTuber trapped under the champ’s weight and tapping out.

UFC 311: Islam Makhachev vs. Arman Tsarukyan headlines first PPV of 2025

UFC 311 is set to kick off the new year with a blockbuster event on Saturday, Jan. 18, at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, CA. Despite concerns over nearby catastrophic fires, the event is moving forward as scheduled.

The main event features a high-stakes lightweight title fight between reigning champion Islam Makhachev and rising contender Arman Tsarukyan. This marks a rematch of their thrilling 2019 bout, where Makhachev emerged victorious.

In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili defends his title against the undefeated Umar Nurmagomedov, promising another intense clash.

The stacked card also includes a light heavyweight showdown between former champions Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill. Additionally, Kevin Holland will face Reinier de Ridder in a compelling matchup to open the main card.
