"He's on another level" - Fans in pure awe of Elias Mahmoudi's sickness-defining knockout win over Taiki Naito
A dengue fever didn't stop Elias Mahmoudi in his goal to get the win against fellow top-five flyweight kickboxing contender Taiki Naito during their match at ONE Fight Night 24 last weekend.
Mahmoudi, the number three-five contender, scored a late TKO finish against the third-ranked Naito via a highlight-reel knockout in the waning seconds of the fight in front of the Lumpinee Stadium crowd in Bangkok, Thailand.
ONE Championship recently posted one of the highlights during the bout, and they captioned it with:
"Chaining it together ⛓️ Elias Mahmoudi always stays on the hunt 😤 @elias_mahmoudi_official."
In the sequence, 'The Sniper' caught his Japanese opposition with a solid front kick to the head followed by spinning backfist and a high kick that sent Naito backwards unto the ropes.
