“He's definitely a tough guy” - John Lineker excited for second Muay Thai fight against ‘tough guy’ Alexey Balyko

Former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion and recent Muay Thai fighter 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker of Brazil can't wait to step back inside the ONE Championship ring for his second go in 'the art of eight limbs'.

Lineker experienced a smashing success in his first Muay Thai fight in the world's largest martial arts organization, as he defeated striking specialist 'The American Ninja' Asa Ten Pow at ONE 168: Denver last month.

The 34-year-old 'Hands of Stone' made light work of Ten Pow, finishing the American in the second round with his dynamite fists.

Now, Lineker is getting ready to face the dangerous Alexey Balyko this weekend in the same discipline.

Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Lineker shared his thoughts on his upcoming opponent.

'Hands of Stone' said:

"Honestly, I don't know much about him. I just hope we can put on a good fight. He's definitely a tough guy, he's coming off some good wins, and he's only lost once in ONE. He's a guy with more experience than me in Muay Thai, but I believe we'll put on a great show for the fans."

Needless to say, Lineker is never in a boring fight, and the Brazilian star will be looking for another finish against Balyko.
