"He's a delusional bully" - Michael Bisping urges Jake Paul to respect Mike Tyson but expects a different outcome
Jake Paul versus Mike Tyson looms ever closer, and a former UFC middleweight champion is having his say on things during fight week. On Nov. 15, Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul will broadcast on Netflix, and it is as attention-grabbing as it is polarizing.
The discourse after one of these circus attractions focuses on Jake Paul's next fight, with the call always being for him to fight someone who is a proven boxer and of his own size. While Tyson is a former heavyweight champion, he is also close to 60 years old, which has drawn justifiable criticisms from many in the combat sports world.
Michael Bisping has long been a critic of the combat sports disruptor and recently took to his YouTube channel to sound off on Paul once again. In his latest video discussing the Paul versus Tyson spectacle and the possibility of the former knocking out the latter, 'The Count' said:
"The entire boxing community will probably ostracize him because he's knocking out Mike Tyson at 58 years old. He should go out there and play the game. He should go out, keep him on the end of the jab, have a nice little move around, all in fun and games. All in a nice competitive spirit. Give the people there, all sixty thousand of them apparently.
"Give them a show. Give them something to watch. Give them value for money, ok, but he's probably not. He's gonna go out there and swing like a maniac. He's not going to respect the fact that he is 58 years old. No, he's gonna go out there and prove that he's the baddest man on the planet. No, that just proves that he's a delusional bully."

Jake Paul and Michael Bisping's rivalry
There clearly has been no love lost over the years between Jake Paul and Michael Bisping, even before this Mike Tyson booking.
Bisping has picked against Paul for several of his boxing matches, and there even seemed to be discourse at some point about the two men fighting one another.
Despite having been retired since 2017 and having one functioning eye, Bisping came out to say that Paul was sending a contract to the former UFC fighter's manager to have a boxing bout. This seemed to transpire before the former Disney star ended up besting Ben Askren in the sweet science.
Despite his eye issues and having multiple knee surgeries in concert with being outside of competition for years, Bisping has still said he is confident he would smoke the 27-year-old inside of the ring. 'The Count' said that fighting Jake Paul was not something he would ever lower himself to doing, though.
