Michael Bisping claims Paddy Pimblett will be in for a rude awakening if he underestimates upcoming opponent Jared Gordon
Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping has warned Paddy Pimblett not to overlook Jared Gordon in their upcoming bout.
Pimblett is set to make his fourth walk to the UFC octagon when he faces Gordon next month. The 27-year-old Liverpudlian will be making his Las Vegas debut and will hope to continue his fine run of form.
'The Baddy' has won all three of his fights in the UFC so far, finishing all of his opponents in either the first or second round. Pimblett has been so impressive that he has earned a Performance of the Night bonus in all of those wins.
Discussing the bout on his YouTube channel, Bisping insisted Paddy Pimblett must remain focused on the task at hand. 'Flash' is a veteran of the octagon and has 11 UFC fights under his belt, meaning he shouldn't be underestimated:
"Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett making his Vegas debut with Gordon looking to make a huge upset. As we know, Paddy is firing right now, Paddy is on fire, people are loving him and you can't turn on your social media without seeing him. This guy is everywhere. Jared Gordon is not a man to be trifled with, not a man to be underestimated... You cannot take Jared Gordon lightly."

Paddy Pimblett predicts his upcoming fight versus Jared Gordon
Paddy Pimblett is confident he's going to extend his UFC finishing streak to four and predicts it's going to come inside the first round against Jared Gordon.
In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Pimblett detailed his grueling fight camp and weight loss that has seen him drop over 50lbs in recent weeks. Off the back of an intense workout, 'The Baddy' had a message for his upcoming opponent:
"On top of the world. 3-0 in Cage Warriors, three first-round finishes, and then the lowest lows. 3-1 for the night, not too bad, but I promise you now, Jared Gordon is getting finished in the first. Watch!"

Pimblett is preparing to prove his naysayers wrong once again after he faced similar doubts prior to his bout against Jordon Leavitt at UFC Fight Night 208.
Leavitt was considered a step up in level and proved that by being the first man to take 'The Baddy' into the second round in the UFC. Despite the resilience shown by the American, Paddy Pimblett locked in a rear-naked choke in the second round and extended his winning run to three.
