“He’s the only one missing” - Liam Harrison says Seksan fight completes his tour of Muay Thai royalty
Liam Harrison is excited to add another Muay Thai legend to his hit list this summer.
After suffering a devastating knee injury during his ONE world title clash with Nong-O Hama two years ago, the 'Hitman' will finally make his triumphant return on Friday, September 6 when ONE Championship invades Ball Arena in The Mile High City for ONE 168: Denver.
In addition to seeing some of the biggest names in the game, including ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek, two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty, and submission grappling titleholders Mikey Musumeci and Kade Ruotolo, fans will be treated to can't-miss Muay Thai clash between Harrison and Seskan Or Kwanmuang.
During an interview at the Yokkao Training Center in Bangkok, Liam Harrison spoke about his long-awaited showdown with 'The Man Who Yields To No One,' saying:
"I’ve fought all the legends from this era, Saenchai, Anuwat, Sagetdao, Pakorn, Singdam. I fought all of them. He’s the only one missing. So to add him to my resume, that would be amazing."
Seksan seeks his biggest win yet against the returning Liam Harrison
While Liam Harrison has spent the last couple of years rehabbing his surgically repaired knee, Seksan has been stacking bodies inside the Circle.
Making his promotional debut in January 2023, the Thai sensation competed an incredible eight times. Perhaps even more impressive is the fact that he won all eight fights, including a pair of highlight-reel KOs against Sean Clancy and Isaac Araya.
If Seksan can score arguably the biggest win of his illustrious career at Ball Arena in Denver, he could line himself up for his first shot at ONE Championship gold. Of course, that will be no easy task as he takes on one of the most electrifying fighters in the history of the art of eight limbs.
