“He will be one of the toughest fighters to beat” - Superlek Kiatmoo9 on six-foot phenom Nabil Anane’s meteoric rise

ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion and newly crowned bantamweight Muay Thai king 'The Kicking Machine' Superlek Kiatmoo9 of Thailand has nothing but high praise for rising star, 6-foot-3-inch tall 20-year-old Nabil Anane.

The Team Mehdi Zatout flyweight standout is almost like a freak of nature, towering above his opponents with incredible size and length. Because of this monstrous size advantage, Anane has emerged as one of the most avoided men in Muay Thai.

In fact, the only person who has defeated Anane in ONE Championship is Superlek himself, whom the youngster faced in a June 2023 battle at ONE Friday Fights 22.

Speaking to South China Morning Post in a recent interview, Superlek had nothing but high praise for the 20-year-old.

'The Kicking Machine' said:

"Now that he has more experience, I think he has been good, like the time that he fought me, I think he was already good. And now that he's getting these experiences, getting the confidence, I think he will build up his skills very fast. And one day, not too long from now, I think he will be one of the toughest fighters to beat."

Superlek is fresh off his 49-second desruction of former two-sport king 'The General' Jonathan Haggerty at ONE 168: Denver.
