"How this is even real life"- Dana White shocked over alleged plot to “slide Kamala Harris in” with zero votes
Dana White has admitted he is shocked Kamala Harris is still in the presidential race, after stating that he believes she wouldn't have even been in the running if there had been a democratic vote.
On Nov. 5, either Donald Trump or Kamala Harris will find out if they have won the race to become the 47th president of the United States. The pair have been locked in a fierce campaign for a number of months, with the polls currently suggesting it will be an incredibly close result.
During their own campaign runs, both Trump and Harris have seen themselves be endorsed by some of the biggest names in the U.S. The UFC CEO is one of the those who supports Trump, even speaking at a recent rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Ahead of the upcoming election, Dana White recently discussed the race and American politics as a whole during an interview with Russell Brand. According to White, he believes the entire situation is shocking, as Harris was put in the running by the current U.S. president Joe Biden and not voted in by her own party. He explained:
"How this is even real life right now is absolutely f*cking mind boggling to me...She's [Harris] talking about all the changes she's going to come in and do, she's the sitting vice-president! The last four years is her administration...The scarier part is who is running the country right now?"
He continued:
"Whoever it is, they have figured out a way to slide Kamala Harris in here without one person voting for her. If they put it up to a vote, there would be another democrat in there, she would never have even come close."

Eddie Hearns weighs in on Dana White's plan to venture into boxing
Eddie Hearn recently offered his take on Dana White's plan to venture into boxing, believing it can only be a benefit of the sport to have the UFC CEO around.
Back in September, White dropped the news at a press conference that he was planning on setting up his own promotion in boxing. Whilst details still remain scarce about the boxing venture, it is believed White will have Saudi Arabia's backing to put on some of the biggest events in the sport.
Matchroom Boxing's Hearn then weighed in on White's plans during a recent interview with Sports Business Journal. According to Hearn, it will be tough for Dana White but it can only been seen as a positive. He said:
"I mean, they’re a huge company and I think with the right guidance and right partners, they could have an incredibly positive effect on the sport. I hope Dana gets involved in boxing, I think it’d be great for us.”
