The Dutch kickboxer recently discussed his concerns about his daughter's choices on the JAXXON Podcast. He expressed unease about the impact of "woke nonsense" culture on his 18-year-old child:

"There is a problem with the oldest though, she thinks she is my son... She is all into this woke nonsense... If it was not sad, it would be funny actually. So why? Addicted to her phone, she is being brainwashed basically, six-seven-eight hours a day, [with ideas like] how you feel you are, you can be what you want to be. This extremist left."

Alistair Overeem picks Jon Jones to beat Stipe Miocic

Alistair Overeem thinks Jon Jones will have an upper hand in a keenly awaited match-up against Stipe Miocic. "The Demolition Man" experienced a defeat against Miocic, who is now looking to challenge "Bones" for the heavyweight title.

During an aforementioned podcast, the K1 Grand Prix champion voiced concerns about asking the 42-year-old Miocic to take time off from his firefighting job and his family after a three-year hiatus to face one of the pound-for-pound kings.

The heavyweight legend also reiterated that the UFC shouldn't have let go of Francis Ngannou before squaring him up against 'Bones'. He said:

“Who is gonna win? I think Jon. But Francis (Ngannou) and Jon would have been very exciting. I know that there was some (talks about making the fight). And they both wanted it, but the timing…and now Francis is gone. That was the fight to make, right?"

Alistair Overeem added:

"Stipe’s not fought in a long time. What is he doing in the meantime, right, because when you have a fight there’s a camp, there’s development. And when you’re not doing that, you’re doing other stuff. Ok, maybe he has a high focus, high dedication to training…but you’re not fighting. And Jon is fighting…not that much, but he is fighting.” [1:24:25 onwards in the above video]
