"How many millions has your muscles made you?" - Jon Jones claps back after fan mocks 'Bones' bench press weight

Jon Jones isn't afraid to go on verbal spars with people on X, whether it be a fellow fighter, an MMA personality, or a simple online troll. This is what made the two-division UFC champion an endearing character to MMA fans.

In his recent activity on social media, Jones posted a video of his weight training ahead of UFC 309 later this month. Feeling powerful at 240 pounds, 'Bones' admits he's walking around at his light-heavyweight walking weight, a division where he became a legend:

"240 pounds, fast and strong. I used to walk around at 235lbs as a light heavyweight. This almost feels like a light heavyweight fight without the weight cut. @mr_nfp @jjstanbro"

A Jon Jones hater, who goes by @masons16_, said:

"thats it? i was lifting that when i was 10"

Quick as a whip, the reigning UFC heavyweight king replied with:

"@masons16_ how many millions has your muscles made you, just curious?"

Jon Jones to defend UFC heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic at UFC 309

After spending more than a year on the sidelines, Jon Jones will finally return to the octagon in a much-anticipated world title defense against arguably the greatest UFC heavyweight champion of all time, Stipe Miocic.

After becoming the concensus GOAT at light-heavyweight, 'Bones' moved up to 265 pounds to conquer a new division. He did so by submitting former interim UFC heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane in just over two minutes at UFC 285.

With the new UFC heavyweight belt fresh on his shoulder, Jones set his eyes on Stipe Miocic, a two-time UFC heavyweight king and holder of the most consecutive title defenses in the division.

The two were set to face each other at UFC 295 in November last year. As bad luck would have it, Jon Jones suffered an injury in fight camp and had to pull out.

The duo will finally clash at UFC 309 on Nov. 16 inside the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City, USA.
