“I donated my hair” - Sinsamut Klinmee gave away his shiny locks to cancer patients

For Sinsamut Klinmee, being a star in the ring is one thing, but he also wants to make an impact outside the competition arena.

With that in mind, the Thai striker donated his shiny locks to an organization called From Angel Foundation in Thailand, following in the footsteps of a long-haired person he saw making the same donation for cancer patients.

'Aquaman' shared this selfless act to ONE Championship in an interview ahead of his next challenge at ONE Fight Night 25 on October 4, where he will face Youssef Assouik in a lightweight Muay Thai clash.

"I donated my hair to the From Angel Foundation. I saw a guy who had long hair, who donated his hair to make wigs for cancer patients. I thought it was cool. Not everyone can do this, so I did it too."

And when asked whether he misses his long hair, the 28-year-old answered:

"Sometimes I miss it, but I probably won't go back to having long hair because it's very difficult to take care of and it's difficult when training. I tend to get my hair pulled when sparring or clinching."

Sinsamut Klinmee wants to 'steal the show' at ONE Fight Night 25

As a talented striker, Sinsamut Klinmee has a rare ability to combine martial arts skills with flashy actions in his fights.

And, 'Aquaman' is very determined to do so when he faces Youssef Assouik inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

In the same interview, he mentioned about his wish to take out Assouik in the most crowd-pleasing way possible when they go head-to-head.

"It's very important, but I won't put too much pressure on myself...I haven't thought about getting a bonus for this fight yet. I just want to win with style first."
