In his title rematch with Nicolas at ONE Fight Night 25, Regian Eersel made sure to descend on 'Barboza' right from the opening bell unlike in their first encounter back in April where it took time for him to heat up. The tack proved to be key for him as he was able to set the tone with solid shots through leg kicks, knees and crosses to the face that kept Nicholas' thrust at bay.

The Frenchman gained some headway in his push in the championship rounds but Eersel did not lose steam en route to securing the unanimous decision win. As a result, he exacted payback on his rival, who took the belt from him last time around also by decision.

North American fans who want to relive the action at ONE Fight Night 25: Nicolas vs Eersel II and have an active Amazon Prime Video subscription can do so on demand.
