Teen phenom Johan Ghazali is excited to compete alongside the very best fighters in the world this summer.
After coming up short against Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat at ONE 167 in Bangkok, the teen phenom will return to the circle on Friday, September 6, when ONE Championship heads to the United States for a history-making night of fights at ONE 168 in 'The Mile High City' of Denver, Colorado.
The event will feature some of the biggest names in all of combat sports, including two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty, reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9, Muay Thai legend Liam Harrison, submission grappling world champions Kade Ruotolo and Mikey Musumeci, and former two-division king Aung La N Sang.
Speaking with Astro Awani, Johan Ghazali shared his excitement over sharing the stage with so many superstars, saying:
"The fighters I’m going to compete alongside in Denver are considered the top or the best of the best in the world now. The best of the best. I’ve studied a lot of their games, I always learn from them and I’m excited to compete together with them on the same card."

Johan Ghazali plans on adding another knockout loss to Josue Cruz's record at ONE 168
Ready to bounce back from his first loss in ONE Championship, Johan Ghazali will square off with 17-3 standout Josue Cruz.

'Jojo' plans on adding another KO loss to Cruz's record come ONE 168: Denver.
"I hope I do my best. I hope, at least, like all my fights, I will get a KO," Ghazali added. "For this fight, I hope to get one in the second round."
