"I'm excited to see what he brings" - Adrian Lee dialed in for Nico Cornejo clash in Denver on September 6
Adrian Lee is fired up to get his sophomore outing on the global stage underway at ONE 168: Denver on September 6. The youngest of the Lee siblings returns to martial arts' biggest platform in a lightweight MMA duel alongside Colorado's very own Nico Cornejo.
While he seeks to bag another highlight-reel moment and stay perfect in his career, the Prodigy Training Center superstar knows he cannot sleep on his foe's arsenal. From what he's seen, the 18-year-old envisions a fun fight that could put him through a test on the feet and canvas.
Speaking to 4oz to Freedom recently, Adrian Lee shared:
"I see he's had a lot of experience in the MMA field already. He's had quite a few amateur and pro wins. I also see that he has some good striking and wrestling. So I'm excited to see what he brings."
Though he prefers to stay cautious and refuses to undermine 'The Steel City Kid's' challenge, Lee should have the ability to extend his winning streak under the ONE spotlight.
Based on his victorious debut display over Antonio Mammarella, Lee's raw power, and efficiency in the striking and grappling department could spell danger for Cornejo inside Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado.

Like Adrian Lee, Nico Cornejo has nothing but nice things to his opposite number before they trade bombs inside Ball Arena on September 6.
The 35-year-old told ONE Championship:
"He is a talented kid. I will not take that away from him. I've seen his record. I've seen a couple of his videos, and he does put in the work."
