“I’m gonna go for the kill” - Mikey Musumeci won’t hesitate to submit Kade Ruotolo if there’s a chance

Reigning and undisputed ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion 'Darth Rigatoni' Mikey Musumeci of the United States says he won't pass on the chance to tap Kade Ruotolo out if the opportunity presents itself at ONE 168: Denver.

Musumeci is known for his relentless submission game, pushing his foes to the limit every second of the allowed 10-minute time limit in ONE Championship. The 28-year-old Italian-American superstar says he knows no other way.

Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Musumeci talked about going for the jugular against Ruotolo, despite the daunting task of taking on the bigger man.

'Darth Rigatoni' said:

"My whole game is attacking. Like, I don’t know how not to attack. So I’m still planning to attack. I’m gonna go for the kill with Kade every second. It’s scary. It’s crazy."

Italian-American superstar Mikey Musumeci is ready to write the pages of history when he takes on Kade Ruotolo for the lightweight strap at ONE 168: Denver.

It's because he's the smaller man in this champion vs. champion showdown, moving up three weight divisions, that will draw the eyes of the entire jiu-jitsu community to this match.

He told ONE Championship:

"And, I think that this match, and Chatri [Sityodtong] said it too, is gonna be the most watched match in jiu-jitsu history and probably the most exciting match in jiu-jitsu history because of that thing."
