"I'm not only good with my kicks" - Superlek warns Jonathan Haggerty about the most underrated tool in his arsenal
Reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 knows Jonathan Haggerty will be most wary of his lethal kicks from all angles. Quite frankly, it's 'The Kicking Machine's ultimate weapon, which allowed him to become one of the best strikers on the planet today, pound-for-pound.
However, Superlek believes the double-champ will be in for a shocker if he'll only pay attention to his kicks at ONE 168: Denver.
The Thai technician will challenge 'The General' for his bantamweight Muay Thai crown on September 6, in the promotion's highly-awaited United States return at Ball Arena.
In an interview with the South China Morning Post, Superlek claimed he'll slice up Haggerty wide open if he gets too close, courtesy of his wicked elbows.
"I think probably my strength could be my elbows. I know 'The Kicking Machine' has always been my name, and people focus on my kicks, but I want to elaborate I'm not only good with my kicks. I feel like my elbows are probably better."
Perhaps the best example of how deadly Superlek's elbows are is when he used that spear-like weapon to knock down the indestructible Rodtang Jitmuangnon in their epic clash last year.
We'll soon find out if Superlek will elbow his way to victory and unseat Haggerty at ONE 168: Denver. Tickets for this epic card are available via Ticketmaster.

Superlek is grateful for the love of American fans for Thai athletes
American fans will finally witness Superlek's greatness in the flesh at ONE 168.
Given the roaring reception that his fellow Thais like Rodtang and Stamp Fairtex received in Colorado last year, Superlek is also thrilled to perform on US soil for the first time.
'The Kicking Machine' told ONE Championship:
"I was amazed by the crowd cheering for the Thai athletes. It's amazing to see such passion in a foreign land. I love seeing the excitement and the energy in the stadium."
