“I’m looking forward to learning more” - Superlek eager to continue picking up new tricks from Liam Harrison

Superlek is excited about the opportunity to learn from the best to ever do it, Liam Harrison.

As Harrison and 'The Kicking Machine' prepare for their respective bouts at ONE 168 in Denver, Colorado, the two Muay Thai warriors will be training alongside one another at the Yokkao Training Center in Bangkok. There, Superlek hopes to pick up a few tips from the 'Hitman' as he gears up for perhaps the biggest fight of his combat sports career thus far.

Speaking to ONE Championship, Superlek said:

“We were training in the same gym for a few months. He’s a very nice person. I’ve learned a lot from watching him during training, and I’m looking forward to learning more.”

'The Kicking Machine' will need all the help he can get when he steps inside the Circle for a showdown with reigning two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty.

Emanating from Ball Arena in The Mile High City on Friday, Sept. 6, Superlek will challenge 'The General' for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion. If the Thai comes out on top, he will achieve two-sport glory as he goes into the bout already holding the ONE flyweight kickboxing crown.

Liam Harrison joins Superlek at ONE 168 for a clash with Thai sensation Seksan

Also competing at ONE 168: Denver later this year will be Liam Harrison. The 'Hitman' will make his first walk to the Circle in more than two years after suffering a brutal knee injury during his ONE world title clash with Nong-O Hama at ONE on Prime Video 1.

In his long-awaited comeback, Harrison will square off with Thai sensation Seksan Or Kwanmuang.

Since making his promotional debut in 2023, Seksan has taken ONE Championship by storm, amassing an impressive 8-1 record and eclipsing 200 career wins. Along the way, 'The Man Who Yields To Know One' has scored highlight-reel finishes against Sean Clancy and Isaac Araya inside the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.

Now, he'll take his talent to the United States in hopes of spoiling Liam Harrison's big night back.
